South Indians are VERY STRONG, they have size thickness &mass.
In Bangalore, local Kannadigas & Tamils often praised my strength and size, I equally respect their strength!
Pandit Hindu Punjabi Kashmiri types are also very strong, with different genetics, we have more fast twitch muscle fibers, more hemoglobin red cell production & unique quad muscles.
